Have sent this item to friends in the past and found they were delighted with the gift. However, this year I had multiple problems with shipping (2 items sent to same address - I caught this before shipped; misspelled addresses; late delivery - item was to be shipped on 12-16 for delivery before Christmas and not received until 12-28).
